Payment and Refunds

The following information outlines our payment and refunds policies. Please read this page carefully to ensure you are aware of your rights regarding payment options and refunds.

This website (J. Oliver Designs) is owned and maintained by Jennifer Oliver (“the owner,” “we,” “our,” or “us“).

If you do not agree to the terms set out on this page, do not use our website or services. The following information is governed by our Terms and Conditions.

Payment Options

We accept payment through PayPal. PayPal offers a free account option and is a popular, secure way to send and receive payments online. Find out how to set up a free account here.

There is also an option to checkout via PayPal without an account. To do this you will need a credit or debit card. Learn more about this service by clicking here.

If you have any problems with your credit or debit card payment through PayPal double check to make sure you don’t already have an account with them. Unfortunately we cannot offer technical support for PayPal payment issues. The best thing to do is request assistance from PayPal itself.

There could also be some limitations depending on your country of residence. Again, the best thing to do is ask their customer support for advice.

Because our products are digital downloads that end up stored on your computer, we cannot offer refunds on purchases. A digital download with a refund option would be far too easy for scammers to abuse and we really don’t want these products turning up on disreputable websites.

If you encounter a technical problem with one of our products the best thing to do is let us know and we will look into it for you. If we cannot find a resolution we will be happy to issue a refund. Please send screenshots showing the problem you are having so that we can verify it’s a technical product error. This also ensures that we can fix the problem for future customers.

We live in a fast-paced online world and we understand that not everyone has time (or the attention span) to thoroughly read product descriptions. That said, we strongly encourage all customers to check the descriptions, particularly things like the software requirements and available file types. This will ensure you don’t download something you cannot use.
